We are not in the Pride season in Ireland yet, but we have already started planning! While we don’t know the exact plan for the Bi+ Ireland season just yet we are excited at the events that have been proposed to us so far. If you have any suggestion about a good virtual event for Bi+ Ireland please do not hesitate to let us know. We can’t promise we will do it all but we will try to make this an eventful Pride season. All Pride events are subject to changed based on Pride festival dates and volunteer availability. Due to the uncertain nature of public gatherings at the moment and as a result Prides, we have decided to share the spreadsheets we are working on here so that they can be updated regularly as needed. Prides This spreadsheet has been compiled by one of our volunteers who has a special love for spreadsheets and has started compiling a list of Prides across the island of Ireland, with a few international events of interest. They have agreed to share it here and they look forward to adding to it as more Prides are announced. Feel free to comment on the spreadsheet if there is any information you feel needs updating. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EfDJlF7-dZGRk-e2aoIxogzykaChEq0TUoe1VfCa_k8/edit?usp=sharing B+I Events This spreadsheet outlines all the planned Bi+ Ireland events. Though as they are based on the Prides, most are guesstimates that are likely to change as more details become clear from the respective Prides. Feel free to comment on the spreadsheet if there is any information you feel needs updating. Feel free to message Bi+ Ireland, preferably on Facebook or Instagram, if you have an event suggestion or any questions. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14o_C98cBq5ETD3i9vm0roluBoKK3xTdfMIxkONvVLOk/edit?usp=sharing There is other way of staying up to date on the confirmed events is by checking the end of this page and by keeping an eye on https://fb.me/e/1k6jpKVZG Discord Over the 4 months of the Irish Pride season and Bi+ Visibility, there will not be scheduled discord chats, however, people are welcome to chat in Discord whenever it suits them. However, in Bi+ Ireland we take the health and safety of our members and volunteers extremely serious and being a community with such a big percentage of very high and high risk people both between our members and volunteer team we will NOT be promoting or organising any in person event until the situation is clearly safe and under control (which we know is not). If only one of us got sick on those events there would be one too many, and for many of our members and their families could have tragic consequences. We understand this will be very disappointing for many of you. But as an organisation, Bi+ Ireland will stick to online events for the time being and that is not up for debate. Thank you all for your understanding. Stay safe and take care so one day we can all celebrate together again and no one is missing. All Pride events are subject to changed based on Pride festival dates and volunteer availability.
